I am rejecting this response because: everything that she just said is not trueThe reason why I haven't been there in a while was because I actually started receiving medi-cal and I was capable of going to a better and much more supportive primary care doctor who was able to discuss my health issues with me in a matter where so much negativity was NOT involvedI know many people that go to doctor *** and they all have complaints about herI decided to go back to her on my last visit due to the fact that my medi-cal got cancelled for a while therefore I needed to see someone for medicationI know plenty of people who go to Dr.*** and believe me when I say that they ALL have complaints about herThere's no need to worry because I will no longer be seen by her in that medical office

This patient has been seen here since July 2012. Has been a diabetic for ten years, has a long history of non—compliance. Diabetics need to be seen every four months. She has only been seen three times since July of 2012.
Her HGB A1C was 11.8 last time it was checked, the normal HGB...

A1C should be 6.0. At the visit in question I was telling her that we could only do so much with medications. She needed to lose weight, be in compliance with her diet and needed more exercise. Her husband was with her ¡n the room. Her blood pressure was 130/70 which is normal. Her spouse was telling me he can’t get her watch her diet and eats one meal a day. He was agreeing with my suggestions and recommendations. It was not the first time seeing her one of her three visits was 07/16/2014 was with me.
I frequently get patients that have been long term diabetics don’t understand their disease, Ifeel it’s my duty to make them aware of the complications and results of non•compliance. A lot ofpatient don’t like to hear this. I always point out the complications of non-compliance.
As for a staff member making the statement of many complaints. I feel that it is a falsestatement. Our staff knows how hard I try to educate our patients and improve compliance,

Review: I went to my doctors appointment yesterday on 9/25/2014 and the medical physician Dr. [redacted] that saw me was very rude and due to her attitude my blood pressure went up and I started not feeling well. The medical assistant that saw me walk out had told me that many patients have been complaining about her and that no one has done anything about the situation to get her attention. It was my first time seeing her and she had told me that I was too fat and had to loose weight and that I had to do my part and work out 3hrs a day. That way she said it upset me because she was rude and gave me attitude. It seems like if she is unhappy where she works. She shouldn't be talking to her patients in that type of matter and way. Doctors are suppose to be supportive about their patients and not be rude and give them attitude. I have Diabetes so its hard for me to control and maintain my weight to a certain level. I really hope that someone can get her attention.Desired Settlement: No settlement requested I just want someone to get her attention and put a stop to this kind of patient service.
