Wow! It has be six days since Chris from Bullseye cleaned our furnace and ductsMy wife and I have mild asthma, we can not believe how much easier it is to breath and sleep through the night without waking up for a puff of an inhalerChris arrived on time and toured our house and furnace room with meHe said he noticed space heaters in the basement and asked why? I told him it got cold down there so they were requiredHe suggested routing a inlet air supply duct from the floor to a top inlet duct to the furnace and said it would help by drawing the cold air at ground level every time the furnace started upHe inspected our furnace and ducting and found that after we had our air conditioner installed (years ago) that there was ducting that had no access to clean it? The last times we has our ducting cleaned none of the duct cleaning companies mentioned it? Chris made an access patch and cleaned the areaThen he noticed that our humidistat control was just hanging in the furnace room, again no other duct cleaners mentioned it? He informed me that it needed to be mounted on the ducting as there is a sensor on the back of it that needs to monitor the air moisture in the ducting, not the air in the furnace room? He inspected our furnace, cleaned the thermocouple which sits inside the flame, cleaned our ducts with a special agitator which loosens the dirt and dust as it is being vacuumed out to his truckThen after he installed the new ducting with a vent cover (at a modest price) mounted the humidistat properly for no charge! The whole experience was professional and left me with a nice feeling that this guy knows his stuff! N I found Chris very experienced with heating and cooling (HVAC) and not just a vacuum truck operatorI make my living inspecting oil and gas production equipment for quality and safety so when I was discussing all our issues with Chris I was confident I had the best! I have utilized the services of Bullseye Duct and Furnace cleaning several times now and on each occasion can only praise the work that was carried out.

Chris is able to provide both great customer service and excellent knowledge when on site. Unlike other companies that will try to upsell, if Chris spots an area where improvements can be made, he will make the suggestion backed up with validation of the whys and wherefores.

Chris recommended to us a UV purifier when he came to clean out the ducts and furnaces of the new home we recently purchased. He was able to provide all the information required to justify having one installed, and even though we took our time making a decision, we were not pressurized to make the purchase.

The UV Purifier was a worthwhile investment. It had made a huge difference to the air quality in the home. At the time of installation, Chris also fixed an unknown humidifier issue we had too, as well as explain patiently how the system works to me.

Chris really knows how to go above and beyond, and I would highly recommend him and his company for his great work, knowledge, customer service, integrity and honesty.
