Review: The room had a horrific sewer smell, the refrigerator was not working, took them 3 1/2 hours to move us to a room that was next door , which didn't have any hot water in 2nd bath nor water pressure, we couldn't use the adult pool since their was a wedding going on, the whole weekend was a disappointmentDesired Settlement: I request a full refund of any and all charges made to my [redacted], by rosarito beach hotel since they failed to deliver what they advertise.
