I took their Private Investigator class a couple of weeks ago and was impressed by the way Mark and TJ taught this classThere is a fair amount of bookwork involved and the surveillance practicals are realisticIt's a well-rounded class that covers legalities, procedures, equipment and field timeThere is a large amount of information packed into hours but TJ and Mark do an amazing job keeping it fun and easy to understandI am definitely going back for more classes

I recently completed the Bail Enforcement and Basic handgun courses at EagleThe level of collective knowledge and skill in the training cadre at Eagle is astounding, you would be hard pressed to find a better place to train in the Hampton Roads area

I recently took the 02E Private Investigator course here at ESSI have nothing but good things to sayThe owner, Markis a veteran of the U.SArmy and I can tell that he actually cares about the people who come through his classesHe is extremely knowledgeable about not just private investigations, but also various other DCJS-related fields, and the security field as a whole (home, private, personal, etc)His employees, such as T.J., are also extremely knowledgeable and helped instruct the classEveryone was eager to help and answer any question the class asked
At ESS, while you do have a written exam, you also have practical tests where you get to actually gain surveillance experience, bounce ideas off the instructors who have actually done the job, and review what occurred each night so that by the end of the class you should have an understanding of what to do and what not to doI haven't seen this offered anywhere else, and it's certainly something that sets this class apart
They are there to help you and they strive to ensure that you are off to a good start on your path to becoming a private investigatorTaking this class at ESS will earn you far more than just a certificate and registration

The training here at Eagle Security Solutions was very hands on and out in the "field", conducting surveillance on locations and individuals like it was a real job. I plan to take the Bail Enforcement course and many others in the future with them. If you are looking to get into the private security services field, I can highly recommend this company. I would recommend these course to anyone that is serious about changing their career, or need to find one. THIS IS NOT FOR THE WEAK HEARTED TYPE.

1. My daughter ran away I phoned Eagle Security to see if they could help and wow iam impressed the time the staff took and the care was with no words outstanding in just 24 short hours my daughter was home safe and sound
2. I took a womens defense class with Eagle Security Staff once again they were professional patient and so helpful I recommend this company to anyone wanting to learn more about PI classes bail enforcement and or firearms which I have already signed up to take keep up the good work Eagle's !!!!!

Review: We have been using Rosa's for house cleaning for over a year. On their most recent visit (about 3 weeks ago), we noticed our hardwood floors had been damaged. There are several gouges in the flooring, where it appears there was something dropped or scraped on the floor. We immediately called Rosa's. They sent one of their employees to come look at the floor and he told us that all of the equipment they use is plastic, so it was not possible that they caused the damage and refused to pay for fixing the floor. We immediately cancelled our service. We want Rosa's to pay to fix our flooring and to pay for a new lock, as they have still not returned our house key.

We have the key and would like to give Mr. [redacted] in person, we left a message but no answer, and the floor we want to show him the equipment we use and make sure it was no our fault. We are very sorry for this incident, Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] are very good customers for two years. We want to talk to them personally and explain.

we are not satisfied with the response from Rosa's enterprises. The fact that are not assuming responsibility for the damage to our floors is unacceptable. Also, while we did receive a voicemail from them regarding return of our key, we specifically requested that the mail the key as we were not home for them to drop it off and this has not yet been done. We have had to change the locks on our door since we did not receive the key and still need to have the floors repaired. We would expect compensation for these expenses from rosa's as the expenses are a direct result of the damage they caused and the failure to return our key by mail as we requested

We sent a letter with the keys enclosed to this customer. They have been client for two years and we have not had any complaint. We do regret that this customer is left disappointed with our service. As we explained in the letter Rosas Enterprises does not use any equipment that would damage floors in a manner that it would leave holes. This is the first time we have heard of this tipe or incident. However, maybe this is a one of a kind case. All we ask is for a second opportunity to review the floors and based on this case we will determine if Rosas Enterprises is at fault. We have called multiple times in an attempt to resolve this matter and have not gotten an answer. Please let me know what day and time is good for you to put this issue at rest.
