Review: I ordered four pieces of pizza for my friends and I and was overcharged. Not only was I over charged, the employees were not wearing gloves when they handled our food. I was charged five dollars per piece instead of the listed prices for the pizza. The employees saw that I had already taken my cash out which consisted of a fifty dollar bill. I was charged an even twenty dollars for the pizzas. I was refused a receipt after the transaction. I told the cashier that the prices were listed differently and he told me, "either you can take it or not take it. I do not care". He knew my friends had already taken their pieces therefor I had to pay that amount. Since I was refused a receipt and the total was not showing on the cash register I believe that the company kept my cash and completely avoided paying state taxes on the purchase. They also falsely advertised their product prices. I have even looked at their menu to make sure that I was correct and I am. The pieces that I ordered were listed at 2.75 (cheese pizza slice), 4.25 (buffalo chicken slice), 4.25 (margarita slice), and 3.65 (pepperoni slice). Total that should have been 14.90 plus tax. I was treated poorly by the cashier, I understand that working on New Years is a way to make someone miserable but that does not constitute treating another person unfairly. Their business practices are poor and the staff was rude and not completely sanitary.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and this to never happen again to another customer. I do not want store credit. I will never go here for food again.

I interviewed all employees who worked that night, and nobody was aware of this incident. Not only was the [redacted] present that night, but there was a [redacted] on premises who has been employed in that capacity for over ten years, and he too was not aware of this complaint. In addition, all of our points of sale give receipts on a regular basis, and it is very common for a customer to request one. We have been in business in this location for 23 years, and have never had any complaint filed with the Revdex.com. We pride ourselves not only with extremely high quality food, but also with impeccable customer service. It is very difficult for me to resolve this matter in the manner that the customer is requesting without any documentation whatsoever.

Review: I placed an order with Rosa's pizza on [redacted] in Cheney, Washington on May 29th, 2013. When the pizza was delivered, 1 hour after I had placed the call, I was alerted to my roommate notifying me it was not what we had ordered. Instead of Pepperoni and Sausage, there was Ham and Sausage... I called the restaurant at the location and the manager on duty, informed me that she will not replace the pizza, ($20), or issue me any reimbursement credit because one slice was partly eaten. She then informed me that all phone calls are recorded to the establishment and she knows best. Since when did Pizza restaurants have their phone lines recorded without any notification given prior to the phone call being connected to an operator?Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded as well as a letter apologizing for poor customer service, lack of attention, and a violation of my rights as an American. I do not nor have I ever consented to allow voice recording of myself be recorded by Rosa's Pizza.
