I'd like to start off by saying I'm truly sorry for the incident that occurred and have taken steps to make sure this incident or
something similar ever happens again
It is true the driver was new, and has been instructed and trained on how to look for the special instructions portions on all internet bills I do not believe he was rude in this matter, and he felt horrible about the incident
I'd like to go ahead and refund the full amount you paid I will need the address so I can mail a check to you

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First off, that is not acceptable as far as the explanation from a Managing Member and a place that we have frequented over years Next, the damage psychologically that was done to my Mother, a year old bed-ridden and very ill woman who is now because of this incident afraid that people are coming over our wall and jumps every time the door bell rings or in this case where he banged so hard on the door/window without ringing the door bell in front of him Despite being new, and very obviously poorly trained for such a simple job, what would possess any person, even poorly trained or new to jump an FOOT CEMENT WALL WITH A LOCKED GATE IN THE FIRST PLACE? So, while I appreciate your words of him being sorry, why would it take you, as the Managing Member or Partner, or even the store Manager to immediately call or issue a refund or compensation for YOUR NEGLIGENCE AND DAMAGES CAUSED? Why would you take several days to answer me, then weeks to even answer the Revdex.com if you truly did want to rectify in a reasonable way with fair compensation, which isn't something where you delivered cold food or bad food - this is a set of circumstances, that not only were highly disturbing to an elderly sick woman, but also unbelievable disrespect to a loyal customer for years to wait so long or cover up with excuses that certainly are placating not genuine.A $tip was charged to my credit card as well as the total amount - and I expect, not a check, but a CONFIRMED REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD USED - that's how you were paid upfront and I expect the same Further, if you truly are humbly apologetic, then I will leave it to you what you feel is proper compensation for the damage you did to my Mother and also violating our privacy rights by jumping over our secured wall and locked gate - this will indicate how sorry you are and your true character of how Rosati's treats loyal customers
