They are terrible and a bunch of liarsOne owner does not communicate or return phone calls then wiith threatens you with the F bomb & tell you if you dont have cash on the spot will tell you that you are messing with the wrong [redacted] guy and will be very sorry,!!( payment was never discussed with me even when I stopped home while the pool was being put up hours earlierThey dont even take checks or credit cards) The other owner came on my property and stole my brand new pump ( after the job was completed) that was not purchased from them, because I told them I was at work and could not get their cash til next morning at around 3;My wife, kids & another contractor saw the pump hooked up to the pool, then the partner that was there to install the pool came back on property, disconnect the pump & carry it to his truck which was on the street once I told him & his parner on the phone I could not get cash til next day!The police were called by me & crooks were called by the police & were told to bring back pump or they would be arrestedThe owner that took the pump still lied to my face that he didnt take the pump next day when I met him at my house to give him the cash as I said I would!! When I got home from work I called the owner with the nasty mouth, he said he didnt give a F about my pump and I better pay himI would not even let these poor excuse for business owners even put up a plastic kiddie pool for meAlls the big mouth partner had to do was return one of my calls and tell me they demanded cash the second the job was done and I would have surely told them to forget This whole problem started because they didnt return any of my phone calls to discuss things, which included to discuss payment options & make sure they returned one of the calls the town made to them for a updated insurance certificate, & of course they didnt do that either I also spoke to the business where I purchased the pool & they told me they have heard about common communication issues with Roscha & their customers
