Roscoe Property management

Wow I thought Arboretum went to crap previously when Maverick took over. Well now that Roscoe property management took over it's the most unethical, unprofessional property management company I have heard of. First off the property Manager Liza finds it okay to enter residents property illegally with no prior notice besides knocking on the door once not even giving you the time to answer it. She was very lucky to not end up with a bullet in her head. To top it off for me I have been a resident here for going on 4 years. I've always paid my rent on time even after losing my job's as a bartender due to the covid-19 pandemic. Yes I have been living here for the last 8 months without a lease so paying more than what I would pay being in a lease. I also accommodate 2 garages so that's even extra money they make off of me. Well this new property management decided it would be very reasonable to put a thirty day notice telling me to vacate just due to the fact I don't want to be locked in a lease because I plan on buying a house again after all this covid-19 stuff slows down. That being said I'm a single mother of 3 who works as a general manager for a very well known company Uhaul. So as I continue to work crazy hours and raise 3 children without any support I'm being given the most unfair BS Christmas gift to myself and 3 children to be out of my place 6 days after Christmas. So Merry Christmas to my kids they won't be able to enjoy having Christmas tree and decorations or hardly any presents because Roscoe property management is a very unethical unprofessional company that wants to force out the ones who pay their rent and have dealt with all the crap around the property with a bs 30 day notice around the holidays. That is ridiculous because the bbq's haven't worked for over 6 months. They are actually a complete fire hazard. Along with having to go two months unable to get your own mail here. Gates are constantly broken from people braking the dead bolts and it taking forever to get fixed. You will put in work orders for maintenance and they wont ever get completed. The pool was filthy the majority of the summer not to mention a safety hazard with the light in the hot tub because the entire thing comes out exposed wires and all. You have to just love the fact you have to always watch were you are stepping because the residents let their dogs poop all over the property and not clean it up and no one does anything to enforce it to be cleaned up. Continue to keep up the great work Arboretum of running this place into the ground. Oh and on your behalf yes I have gotten a couple noise complaints I'll admit that but it has always came from the same people the ones on the second floor below me for my kids simply being kids playing. My apologies for the poor construction of the building. If you only knew what the five of you adults living in that one apartment sound like to your neighbor below you he says you sound like a stampede of rhino's but he doesn't complain because that's what comes of living in apartments and having people above you. Besides them I am friends with everyone else around my apartment and with several others throughout the complex. So all I can say is F* u Arboretum I'll be happy to no longer give my money to this ---- hole. Merry F*ing Christmas to you too...
