Problem Ice maker no it working. Serviceman stated needed to be replaced told I THOUGHT was not getting water to unit, no, needed to be replaced! Was replaced still no ice told a valve needed to be replaced was order and replaced and still no ice. This was a ** top of line built in refragitor and after the work done was out of allinment and door would not open. Was to return, but stood me up and another appointment made was to have 2 men here but the assistant showed up, but the main service tech was again a no show. Got the owner on the phone and I was told not to tell him how to run his business. No commutation possible. I then got another company. The new tech discussed with me and stated was not getting water and found where it had been turned off, turned it on and the ice maker worked. He was also able to reinstal and get it seated correctly. We spent money for ice maker, valve we did not need and a month dealing with [redacted] bad bad bad!!!!
