Purchased a sectional living room set on Nov 13th. The model that was on display also included an ottoman. WE waited approximately six weeks for delivery. On Dec 5th our salesperson called and said she would call the following Tues to set up delivery for Fri. Never heard back from her. I called on Dec 12th to see what the status was. The furniture was finally delivered on the 18th. There was no ottoman with it and the deliveryman said it wasn't on his invoice. He said it's normally sold separately. The following morning the salesperson called and said we opted for a free TV instead of the ottoman. She said she had a worksheet that reflected this. We did take a TV the night we bought the furniture but it was at the suggestion of the salesperson to take it with us. We were never told it was either or. I never would have taken a TV I could buy for under $150 in place of the ottoman. There was a sign on the display said that a 32" TV came with the purchase. My fianc called the store on the 19th and spoke to the manager ([redacted]). She said she had to check with the owner and she would get back to my fianc on the 20th or no later than the 22nd. It's now the 26th. It seems she's not interested in resolving the matter. We've been told on several occasions we would be called and it doesn't happen. The salesperson is also recalling conversations that never took place. We feel we have been mislead and lied to by the people involved.Product_Or_Service: sectional living room setDesired SettlementWe would either like the ottoman or $350 taken off the sale price.

On 11-08-2012, I purchased 2 leather rocker/recliners manufactured by [redacted] Furnishings from Rose Brothers Furniture (formerly Ethridge) for a sum of $950 plus tax.In early Sept., 2013,I noticed one chair arm was turning a dark color and the material was peeling on the right arm and the cloth material on the inside of that arm was coming apart. The leather material on the left arm was also splitting. The original one year warranty required that the customer contact the business where the furniture was purchased. On 9-5, I contacted the original salesperson, [redacted] and told her of my situation and she told me to email pictures of the chair to the store and someone would contact me within a couple of days. The pictures were sent on 9-5-13. On 9-18, after not hearing from anyone, I contacted the business and spoke to the manager, [redacted] At first, Mr. [redacted] stated he had not seen any pictures or the email; within minutes, he changed his mind and said he had the pictures in front of him. Mr. [redacted] said the representative for [redacted] Furniture was coming to the store that day 9-18, and he would show him the pictures. On 9-19, [redacted] called and said the rep was ordering the materials to repair the chair and I would be notified when they came in. On 11-21, I called the business and talked to Mr. [redacted] and he put me in touch with an office worker by the name of [redacted]. [redacted] said they had no record of any material being ordered and that she needed the serial # of the chair which I provided. On 11-22, I contacted [redacted] and she contacted [redacted] and stated the chair will be repaired or replaced. On 12-2, I called [redacted] and was told I would be contacted when a decision was made.On 1-7-2014, I went in person to Rose Brothers and talked to [redacted] and [redacted] and was told the warehouse supervisor who was handling my chair was off that day and that [redacted] would contact me on 1-8-14 to let me know what was going on. As of this writing 1-11-14, I have not heard from anyone from Rose Brothers.Product_Or_Service: Leather Rocker/Recliner ChairOrder_Number: XXXXXXXXDesired SettlementI want a full replacement for the defective chair immediately as I feel that I am being given the run around with no satisfaction.
