This realtor has raised the elevation of the property too high and now we get water on our property. Will not follow Planning Board's reccomendations He built this property too high and we have 2 floods on our property from this. After numerous meetings with town planning board and told by them not to fill in the ditch acting as a detention basin, he is threatening us with doing just that. He is very mean and arrogant. Will not discuss this at all even though planning board has tried to get him to do the right thing. There is now less storm water reaching their property than before we started,Consumer Response Mr. [redacted] is wrong. During recent storms we get more water than we ever did and have been going back and forth with him and the planning board in our town for 2 yrs with no result. There is temp solution in place but Mr. [redacted] keeps threatening us with filling it in- he has done it once and we got flooded. This realtor is arrogant and mean. We want a PERMANENT solution in place. HE also is not following [redacted] standards as the hay bales he has put in are supposed to be changed every 30 days- it is going on 60 days and he is still not in compliance. I am not happy with the results and will not be until he does what is right for us. We lived there 6 years with no water issues until he built on the property and he knows it.
