Review: appointment date for repairing kept being changed by Rose City Auto,due to warranty ran out before the car was fixed completely.

purchased a used car from Rose City Auto on 04/12/13.full payment on a check with 30 days/1500miles(50/50)warranty.Received the used car on 04/15/13 due to some parts needed to be replaced.

04/17/13,car shakes when driving 60m/h on high way, front left tire low on air. refilled air.

04/22/13, front tire gone flat, refilled air, can be still driving with no problem.

04/24/13, found out all tires from my car are not new tires(info. from Town Fair Tires) but Rose City Auto Lie to me saying that they are all new tires when I purchased the car.

04/26/13, replaced all four tires and dealership refused to paid for tires.

04/27/13,First occurred Oil leak from valve cover gasket. Went to dealership in the morning,complained to Rose City Auto about oil leaking was found. Was told to come back to dealership on 04/29/13.

04/29/13,went back to dealership with my car again,I was told that my car can not be repair on 04/29/13 Monday, due to oil leak is not leaking a lot at that point and mechanic Jason was busy.

04/30/13 Tuesday,found oil leak got worse, reported above problem to dealership, was told that Jason was still busy that day, instead I have to bring the car for repairing on 05/01/13Wednesday.

05/01/13 to 05/06/13,Sent the car for repairing to the dealership.

05/07/13, received car back in the afternoon.My car started to making some squealing noise.

05/08/13, Sent car back to dealership to fix the belt squealing noise.

05/14/13, Second Oil leak occurred(the same spots) and belt squealing noise got worse. The owner [redacted] told me that the mechanic [redacted] was still not available and Jason wasn't the one who repaired my valve cover gasket leaking; she said my car was purchased from her husband's dealership not hers, so she had her husband's mechanic to fix my valve cover gasket the last time and her mechanic Jason should not be fixing my car this time.

Now we have a problem.

When I was purchasing the car at her dealership that day she did not tell me that was a car from her husband's shop. She created an illusion, a confusion that my trusted mechanic Jason will be the Mechanic for my car. that was one of the reasons why I purchased the car from her dealership. I feel like she was trying to hide the info from me that way I will purchase the car. Second problem is, I told her I wanted [redacted] the mechanic to fix my car but she kept me waiting for Jason and have another mechanic to fix my car after I've been waiting for so long. There is no point to keep me waiting if she can just tell me the true and have another mechanic to fix it. She wasted my time and now my warranty ran out but my car still leaking oil. Rose City Auto responded that they will fix my oil leak for free this time but next time I will have to pay for it myself. if they didn't take up a long time to make an exact appointment date and fix the car ASAP, I will be able to find those problem within my warranty and get them fixed within my warranty.

They failed to give me the invoices of all the repairing jobs on my car, failed to make any exact appointment dates for my car, failed to extend my warranty due to my car was in the dealership repairing for 5 days and they kept me waited for days to send my car to the shop for repairing.

Ever since I purchased the car from Rose City Auto, I have to go to the dealership and complain about problems all the time, I just feel like this dealership is trying to extend the waiting time for customers till the warranty run out and earn money from return customers who need to fix cars.Desired Settlement: refund the full amount of the payment including the sale taxes or replace to another car with new warranty.
