Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I end up going and trusting this DentistBut for what I had to go throw I believe it was a Big mistake from themAfter the cleaning like I said I understand that I might be sensitive for a few daysBut after the feeling and complaining about my tooth pain not only one time but calling and asking why am I in so much pain!!! I could eat,drink warm or cold water, brush my teeth and for thr dentist to only say "wait a few more days, then wait a weekI waited and waited and the pain was still thereThey finally end up seeing me and only for the dentist to trim my tooth saying the should fix the problemInstead of taking a good look at it and taking ex rays to see THAT I HAD AN INFECTION, and giving me some medications to cure that THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ONLY TRIMMED MY TOOTH SAYING THE WOULD FIX THE PROBLEMAFTER A FEW DAYS AND STILL HAVING PAIN ON THE TOOTH BUT NOW IN THE OTHER TEETH NEXT TO IT, HAVING TOOTHACHE FOR DAY'S, PAIN ALMOST TO MY LEFT EYE, COULDN'T EAT,DRINK OR AGAIN BRUSH MY TEETHSFOR THEN AGAIN TO ASKTO WAIT AND FINALLY SEEING ME AND SAYING I NEED I ROOT CANAL? HAVING TO PAY 150$ SO THEY CAN DO A ROOT CANALI PAID AND AFTER LEAVING THE DENTIST STILL WITH PAINYES, I DECIDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECAUSE THE PAIN WAS HURTING ME A LOT AND FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEIR WAS NO ROOT CANAL DONE, AND I HAD BUIYELLOW LIQUID AND A BAD INFECTION FROM ALL THIS TIME THE FIRST DENTIST SHOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT I HAD AN INFECTION INSTEAD OF TRIMMING MY TOOTH I HAD AN INFECTIONIM STILL HAVING TO TAKE MEDICATION FOR THE INFECTIONI BELIEVE I SHOULDN'T HAD TO PAY 150$ FOR SOMETHING THEY DIDN'T DO THEY SHOULD PAY ME, FOR THE MISTAKE THEY COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED BECAUSE ALL THIS TIME IN PAIN, AND I HAD AN INFECTION AND them not giving me anything at the beginning Sincerely, [redacted]

WE SAW [redacted] FOR A FULL SERIES OF XRAYS AND CLEANING IN AUGUST. A FULL MOUTH SERIESOFXRAYS AND CLEANING IS STANDARD CARE FOR A NEW PATIENT. WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE THEBEST CARE FOR ALL OF OUR PATIENTS. WE SPOKE ABOUTTHE NEED OF TAKING CARE OF CAVITIESBEFORE ANY WHITENING WOULD BE...

STARTED.WE ARE SORRY THAT [redacted] HAD TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH PAIN AS THAT IS NEVER OUR INTENTION.WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPLETE THE ROOT CANAL. WEUNDERSTAND YOU CANCELLED YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WENT TO ANOTHER OFFICE TO HAVE THEROOT CAN CAL COMPLETED. AS REQUIRED, WHEN WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE A ROOT CANALPROCEDURE, WE CORRECTED THE PROCEDURE AND RETURNED ANY MONEY YOUR INSURANCE HADPAID FOR THIS SERVICE.
YOU PAID $150.00 ON 9/22/15. WE RETURNED $357.20 TO YOUR INSURANCE PRINCIPAL FINANCIAL FORTHE UNCOMPLETED ROOT CANAL. IT IS NOT EXACTLY ClEAR WHAT DOLLAR AMOUNT YOU AREREQUESTING. PLEASE ADVISE.
