To Whom it may concern: Feb 2017On behalf of Rose City RV-Service & Restoration LLC, [redacted] called us in November 2015, stating that she was on the road traveling in a recently purchased Lazy Daze MH; visiting relatives in the area & in need of help getting the furnace working ASAP, as it was very coldWe told her that the shop was filled up at the time, but would do our best to fit it in right awayUpon arrival [redacted] produced a list of other items in need of repair (roof reseal Not included in her list) ***, shortly thereafter, left the state & put her local Cousin [redacted] in charge of overseeing repairs, & stated that she was putting the MH back on the market to re sellWhile the Lazy Daze MH was at Rose City RV, we noticed a leak at front of RoofWe called [redacted] right awayShe proceeded to tell us that the MH did not leak until bringing it to Rose City RV, as it was driven through torrential rain, while traveling to OregonWe asked ***'s Cousin [redacted] to come in to assess the MH for previous water intrusion (water staining in ceiling fabric above bunk) [redacted] was in agreement that the roof needed re seal, and there was obviously signs that it had been leaking before arriving to our shopAfter much negotiating, [redacted] agreed only to strip & re seal the passenger side corner of the roofThis slowed the water intrusion, but did not stop it [redacted] came back to re inspect roof with us, & convinced [redacted] to at least do the remainder of the front portion of the roof & R/R the AC Gasket. Upon completion of the remainder of the work list, [redacted] convinced [redacted] to do a strip & re seal at the rear end of the roofUpon completion of all work agreed upon, we e-mailed a copy of the final invoice per ***'s request, she said it did not come through well on her phone, so we could leave a copy in the MH [redacted] took the MH back to his place to help [redacted] sell itBetween the shop & [redacted] 's place, the BR vent lid came apart, so we had him bring the MH back to replace the lid & re check the seals at no additional chargeWhile on the roof at that time, we noticed a crack starting to form on the outer A/C shroud, we sealed the crack per [redacted] 's approval at no additional chargeWe then told [redacted] , if the MH is not sold yet within the day guarantee period on the seal, to be sure and bring it back for us to inspect to make sure the seal is still goodAs we cannot guarantee how the seal is going to react in varying temperaturesWe did not hear back until after the days of the initial front re seal, when [redacted] called to inform us that the MH was still leaking @ the front bunk areaWe told her that the days was up, but we would take a look at it anyway to see what needs to be done [redacted] refused any further help from us [redacted] has since, tried her best to destroy or ratings on line by submitting multiple bad Google ratings from different accountsWe will forward e-mail correspondence from ***, stating that she was aware of the day guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted] & KD L***Rose City RV- Service & Restoration, LLC503-206-SE 64th AvePortland, OR 97206 **See Below e-mail correspondence with MB [redacted] : [redacted] , yes to rear window frame $204Yes to first roof seal replacement $254 Can you give me a breakdown on $please? Feb 2017On behalf of Rose City RV-Service & Restoration LLC, [redacted] called us in November 2015, stating that she was on the road traveling in a recently purchased Lazy Daze MH; visiting relatives in the area & in need of help getting the furnace working ASAP, as it was very coldWe told her that the shop was filled up at the time, but would do our best to fit it in right awayUpon arrival [redacted] produced a list of other items in need of repair (roof reseal Not included in her list) [redacted], shortly thereafter, left the state & put her local Cousin [redacted] in charge of overseeing repairs, & stated that she was putting the MH back on the market to re sellWhile the Lazy Daze MH was at Rose City RV, we noticed a leak at front of RoofWe called [redacted] right awayShe proceeded to tell us that the MH did not leak until bringing it to Rose City RV, as it was driven through torrential rain, while traveling to OregonWe asked [redacted]'s Cousin [redacted] to come in to assess the MH for previous water intrusion (water staining in ceiling fabric above bunk)[redacted] was in agreement that the roof needed re seal, and there was obviously signs that it had been leaking before arriving to our shopAfter much negotiating, [redacted] agreed only to strip & re seal the passenger side corner of the roofThis slowed the water intrusion, but did not stop it[redacted] came back to re inspect roof with us, & convinced [redacted] to at least do the remainder of the front portion of the roof & R/R the AC Gasket.? Upon completion of the remainder of the work list, [redacted] convinced [redacted] to do a strip & re seal at the rear end of the roofUpon completion of all work agreed upon, we e-mailed a copy of the final invoice per [redacted]'s request, she said it did not come through well on her phone, so we could leave a copy in the MH[redacted] took the MH back to his place to help [redacted] sell itBetween the shop & [redacted]'s place, the BR vent lid came apart, so we had him bring the MH back to replace the lid & re check the seals at no additional chargeWhile on the roof at that time, we noticed a crack starting to form on the outer A/C shroud, we sealed the crack per [redacted]'s approval at no additional chargeWe then told [redacted], if the MH is not sold yet within the day guarantee period on the seal, to be sure and bring it back for us to inspect to make sure the seal is still goodAs we cannot guarantee how the seal is going to react in varying temperaturesWe did not hear back until after the days of the initial front re seal, when [redacted] called to? inform us that the MH was still leaking @ the front bunk areaWe told her that the days was up, but we would take a look at it anyway to see what needs to be done[redacted] refused any further help from us[redacted] has since, tried her best to destroy or ratings on line by submitting multiple bad Google ratings from different accountsWe will forward e-mail correspondence from [redacted], stating that she was aware? of the day guarantee.Sincerely,[redacted] & KD L[redacted]Rose City RV-? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
