Hello, We are sorry to hear of this complaint, the customer purchased a battery on 2015-09-Our warranty consists of months including the following: The first days a refund or replacement is available with return shipping of the defective product covered by the companyAfter days and within a year, a replacement only is available with return shipping of the defective product covered by the customerAfter a year, a replacement product is available at a pro rated costAfter the return is completed that concludes the full warrantyA link to purchase a discount pre paid USPS return label is included in all emails regarding return itemsThe customer returned the battery using a return label that they decided to use instead of the discount label we offerThe customer returned the defective product and a replacement product was sent on 01/08/This concluded the warrantyThe customer then contacted us on March 7th at 4:p.mthe chat was having technical issues, customer service then replied to the customer via email asking what they could help him withThe customer stated they received a reply regarding a survey, unsure how or why that reply was receivedWe were willing to work with the customer to get this issue resolved but then slanderous, threatening content was received via email and chat regarding the issueWe have refunded the order in fullThank You

you rejected my proposal and I have no city licence therefore I cant do the job

I am years old and thinking of retiringtherefore I did not renew my city contractors licenseAnd I have not decided whether to do so or notI cannot work within city limits until then. and have not since to beginning of the year. hope this resolves the problem Thank you

[redacted] I do not accept your response. Your bid was submitted to me 2/27/2017. You stated your position. However, when you came to my home knowing this information so you stated in your reply, you should have be honest with me from the beginning. You were all in for doing my work and submitted a bid. Suddenly, you have excuses as to the city, your age and codes. Sorry, you blew me off for other more expensive projects. There is no excuse you can give that makes any sense. Once again, if you knew your plight you should have stated from the beginning. As a reminder here is your advertisement in the local paper: HANDYMAN SERVICES-small interior and exterior construction, decks, steps, windows, doors, floors. Will do painting both exterior and interior, yard work and window washing. No jog too small, we do it all. Licensed and insured. Prompt service. Ph. [redacted] at [redacted]. Now explain your position when I have quoted the article in the paper for YOUR services.

days and within a year, a replacement only is available with return shipping of the defective product covered by the customer. After a year, a replacement product is available at a pro rated cost. After the return is completed that concludes the full warranty. A link to purchase a discount pre paid USPS return label is included in all emails regarding return items. The customer returned the battery using a return label that they decided to use instead of the discount label we offer. The customer returned the  defective product and a replacement product was sent on 01/08/2016. This concluded the warranty. The customer then contacted us on March 7th at 4:31 p.m. the chat was having technical issues, customer service then replied to the customer via email asking what they could help him with. The customer stated they received a reply regarding a survey, unsure how or why that reply was received. We were willing to work with the customer to get this issue resolved but then slanderous, threatening content was received via email and chat regarding the issue. We have refunded the order in full. Thank You
