On a Thursday night I filed a claim with my home warranty and by Friday I had an appointment scheduledThe technicians showed up at my home at around on FridayThey were friendly and asked me what symptoms I noticed with the systemI told them that the system was simply not kicking on and they checked the breaker and it turns out that the circuit was trippedThe technicians fixed the problem and the unit kicked on and my house started cooling in no timeThey were helpful from start to finish

I am yet once again in receipt of more correspondence. I have agreed to future commercial consideration. The former staff person was incorrect.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
1. [redacted] has been reaching out to Rose Containerline to resolve the issue numerous times for 10 months, both over the phone and email. As the result, we have not received any affirmative answers. We have exhausted our attempts to resolve the matter directly with the vendor and therefore, have been seeking other ways of representation;2. Please find the enclosed correspondence between [redacted] and the employees of Rose Containerline, as well as the attached documents as the supporting evidence for your review: a) [redacted] received the initial quote QNYC No.[redacted] in the amount of $2678.05 + $75.00 for insurance, total of $2753.05 and accepted it (please see attached);b) One day before the shipment was scheduled for pick up, [redacted] received an email (please see enclosed) that the rate has increased as the actual size of the pallets was not included in the initial quote, so now the total was going to be $2975.00. [redacted]d) Also, for your reference attached is Confirmation of Transaction Notice from our Bank in the amount of $604.51 transferred to Shipco Transport, which occurred as the result of failing by Rose Containerline to provide the accurate CIF Booking Quote to Minsk. It has caused [redacted] numerous number of working hours and human efforts to fulfill the responsibilities of the hired freight forwarding company to release the shipment, for which we request a compensation as well (please see attached).3. Any attempts to collect the refund have failed. Both the initial quote QNYC No.[redacted] and LCL Booking Confirmation No:[redacted] have been sent in writing, supported by the body of emails and supervised by managers. In the Revdex.com complaint response Rose Containerline states that they are “open to any commercial considerations going forward based upon future shipments”, - that is not a true statement. In our last communication on June **, 2014 [redacted] proposed to offset the dispute by asking to provide freight forwarding services for a new shipment in order to recover the monies that have been owed. However, Rose Containerline response was: “[redacted] is no longer with rose and her representations were incorrect”; 4. It is the responsibility of any company to hire knowledgeable and competent employees and being accountable for their actions, whether they still work for the company or not. [redacted]’s communication with [redacted] has been supervised by both [redacted] and [redacted]; is their “representation also incorrect"? I find it fascinating how the rate goes up when Rose Containerline forgets to include in the rate the measurement of the actual pallets, but, according to the [redacted] of Rose Containerline, [redacted], it doesn’t go down when you take away the whole entire pallet and the cubic feet measurement decreases from 320 to 179? It is unfortunate that such a successful company as Rose Containerline with nearly 20 years of experience in the business would take advantage of their clients in such way. Thank you.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: 1. [redacted] hired Rose Containerline Inc. to deliver the shipment CIF from Fort Worth, US to Minsk, BY for $2975.00, based on the communication with [redacted], Rose Containerline employee, on June **, 2013;

2. [redacted] has arranged the wire transfer to Rose Containerline Inc. in the amount of $2975.00 for the discussed shipment the very next day on June **, 2013;

3. When the shipment was picked up from the manufacturer’s warehouse it turned out to be 3 pallets instead of 4 originally quoted, so it was acknowledged by Rose Containerline and the price went down to $1501.05 due to lower cubic feet measurement;

4. [redacted] confirmed the issuing of the refund check to [redacted] for the remaining $1453.95 on June **, 2013, following by the newly issued quote, but the funds have never been received;

5. Furthermore, when the shipment arrived to intermediate Port in Tallinn, Estonia, [redacted] was informed by the LCL Import Department to transfer additional $604.51 to Shipco Transport to release the cargo from the Port. This transaction turned out to be the result of failure by Rose Containerline to provide us with the accurate CIF to Minsk, which has caused our company not only money, but numerous number of working hours and human effort, as we were not getting any affirmative answers neither from [redacted] nor [redacted] or [redacted], both Rose Containerline [redacted], and we had no choice other than to take the initiative into our own hands and stay up most of the night (due to 7 hour time difference with Estonia) to fulfill the responsibilities of the freight forwarding company we hired to make sure the shipment was released and didn’t accumulate storage charges.

6. Any attempts to resolve the issue with the [redacted] of Rose Containerline, [redacted], have not resulted in any type of the resolution. The company has simply ignored us. All the supporting evidence such as: the proof of payment, correspondence, quotes are available upon Revdex.com request.Desired Settlement: 1. Refund in the amount of $1453.95
