I reported this is not normal shedding; I have it in a garbage bag due to the fact it is falling apart. I am not the only one they have done this to and their response to this matter is the same. They take no responsibility for selling a product that is faulty. They have a bad business ethic and should not get away with ripping people off.
As a consumer, a company should allow me to return a product that I am so unhappy with purchasing. They say you can't send the robe back if the tags are removed or has been washed prior to wearing. Who doesn't remove tags and wash before wearing? Once it is washed and you have a problem, they won't make it right.
I would like to send the robe back for a full refund! As for Rose Garden Boutique and its owner......do the right thing!

As per our previous communication and documents regarding this complaint, the manufacturer, Canyon Group, indicates on their website and hang tag that came on the robe that shedding is normal for their chenille. This information is also on our website. Shedding is normal for Canyon Group chenille and does not indicate that the chenille robe is defective or of inferior quality.
