this account is not fully settled. they are still refusing to remit a refund payment in the amount of for overpayment of an account balance
that was due to a system glitch, because I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com. as far as the charges for the door, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID*** for the door, and find that only resolution is barley satisfactory to me.

Review: They were renovating the rooms and decided to change out the furniture on one of the two days we were there. So, on Sunday 3/8/15 they claimed they changed out our night stand dresser. This was not the case. We checked in on Saturday 3/7/15 through Monday 3/9/15, and no one entered our room on Sunday 3/8/15 because the do not disturb sign was out. When we returned to our room Sunday evening everything was the same way we left it. They have said 4 people are claiming they changed out our dresser, again this is false. I would like to know how the owner, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk all could've entered our room with the do not disturb sign on? Now I am being charged for breaking a new night stand dresser drawer which was not there when I checked out. The room had the old furniture and I remember commenting on the gray night stands they decided to go with because they had them stacked up outside. Everyone has refused to help me and I have been treated like I am lying. I have since, filed 3 complaints with corporate and now the Revdex.com. I don't like being scammed out of my hard earned money. DISHONEST WORKERS. Also, the Emelia at the front desk cusses at you and hangs up if she doesn't like what you have to say. Never talked to someone so rude in my life. I have NEVER had an issue with any place before. This, by far, is the worst and most dishonest business practice I have ever seen. I asked the manager for assistance, and she is refusing to assist me and is saying I am lying. I will not stop reporting this story. I have never been scammed this way in my entire life. I have asked for proof and they have failed to provide any pictures. I don't see how they can justify accusing me of something I did not do. I would also like to have surveillance footage of the property showing where they entered my room on 3/8/15, and no response.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $100 charge for breaking a night stand dresser drawer, which I did not do. I would like an apology for accusing me of lying, and I would like to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.
