I ordered an item online the end of DecemberAfter waiting about weeks I tried to call this business (phone number does not reach anyone) I tried email (Nobody responds) and finally I reached the owner via [redacted] Each consecutive week I would once again check in to let him know I had still not received my order but was billedHe keeps reassuring me he will "get right on it", thanks me for my patience and continues to give me the run-around

Purchased a Stun Gun from Rose Guardian and paid with [redacted] and they never sent the stun gunThey have voicemail which states they will call back to give a status about the order and they never do

I ordered from them on 2/20/I emailed them several times, tried to contact them through [redacted] , their website, their email and tried calling several timesI have yet to receive my orderToday is 3/23/

I purchased items on 7/26/and have not received merchandiseI called an left several messages only to receive an voicemail each time I calledAlso sent an email to the company with no replyThe order states processing online, payment was deducted from my account on 7/28/ I also sent the company a message on Facebook and they replied but still no resolution

have reviewed the response made by the business Rose Guardian LLC in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I received one replacement pepper spray that the original complaint was made about plus one additional pepper spray in the mail as of today Monday 6/29/I know the Rose Guardian LLC response to the Revdex.com stated that they sent one replacement plus two additional items but I am pleased with the resolution to this issue and sorry I had to contact the Revdex.com to get action taken from this Rose Guardian LLC but all is good now and I thank the Revdex.com for their assistance and Rose Guardian LLC for replacing the defective pepper spray and the good jester of one additional pepper spray.All is good now.

There was a transition in ownership and the order was simply not taken care of during the transition. We will refund the customer for the purchase as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
