Review: I refinanced in 2005 with Rose Mortgage, Inc. who subsequently sold my mortgage to [redacted]. I am currently trying to modify my mortgage and [redacted] can not continue until I obtain a settlement letter from Rose Mortgage - I have my account numbers, I have the amounts and I worked with [redacted] from Rose in 2005.

All of the phone numbers listed publicly and with information ring busy always. There are no emails listed anywhere. There is no way to get in touch with anyone at Rose Mortgage to provide asssitance.

Please advise. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Please email to me at [redacted], a settlement letter for accounts [redacted] and [redacted]. The accounts were both sold to [redacted], payments remained the same, the account was settled. I need a settlement letter or move forward in my current situation.
