I contacted by phone and spoke with MrS*** on 9/6/inquiring about a background check After speaking with me for a short time he advised of the fee amount, $and indicated I did not have to physically come into the office but since my request was simple, I could do payment over the phone I did call back and gave my credit card information and received a receipt from him via email on this date
He indicated I could call him around 7pm in the evenings to get updates but that it would take several days for all resources to come in and once this happens I would receive a full report of findings
I spoke with MrS*** on 9/8/and he gave some information already received and indicated it would still take several days but again, I could call back to get updates I called 9/9/16, 9/10/and left voice messages, because it was the weekend I figured I may not hear back from him I called again on Monday, 9/12/and left a message and also emailed him to see
In August, I contacted this agency for an investigative caseThe owner was very quick to respond, charged me $over the phone and sent me a text receiptI provided all of the information necessary for the case and for a while, there was ok communicationAt the conclusion of the case, I am to receive a report Late Sept/early Oct I had a call with the ownerI was verbally given some information and was told he was waiting for some infoHe stated he needed just 2-more weeksOn 10/I received a text indicating success with a task Since then, I have made almost daily (sometimes multiple) phone calls, text messages, and have sent or emailsThere has been ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSEI have no communication, no reportNo replies to my calls or texts or emails
