Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11536440, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:The details, that were poorly written by the person assigned by Rose Moving and Storage to handle this complaint, were grossly inaccurateHere are the facts:1) My wife never claimed that I showed the adjusters the wrong furniture damage that was reported to Rose Moving and Storage she stated that she felt that we were being told inaccurate information from the claims representative at Rose Moving and Storage. 2) My wife and I even contacted the adjusters to discuss the report they sent Rose Moving and Storage to find out the results of their analysis because it differed very much from what the adjusters told me while they were surveying the damaged furniture3) According to the adjusters they claim that Rose Moving and Storage is inaccurately representing their findings that all surveyed damage was considered wear and tear.4) Based on our telephone conversation with the contracted adjusters, we were told that the adjusters recommended replacing the significantly damaged desk and repairing the remaining damaged furniture.5) The adjusters never made the claim in their report that the surveyed damage was wear and tear.6) Rose Moving and Storage is now resending adjusters to our house from the same contracted firm, in what I believe is an effort to contradict the original finding because the do not agree with the original findings report nor do they want to pay out the claimI feel this delaying tactic is an effort to make me drop the claim and is why I contacted the Revdex.com for assistance.Regards,

claimedWhen I spoke with *** *** she admit that her husband had not showed the service the new transit damagedI advise the customer that I was waiting for new invoice report with the correct information to pay the customerThe customer set appointment with the repair service for July I will settled the claim with the customer when I receive the final report
