I am in receipt of the above referenced case number. I spoke with Ms. [redacted] on March 2, 2016 and we discussed her concerns regarding her property. The following options were discussed during our conversation.

2. Lowering the rental rate.
She decided to stay with [redacted] Real Estate to represent her property and lowered the asking rental rate. We are scheduled to follow up again on March 11th to review the progress or lack of again and discuss the same options. At the close of our conversation, Ms. [redacted] seemed satisfied with the above agreement and we have since received an application to rent the property and it appears that it will be rented out very soon.
