We never give dates on when a home will be completed, there are too many outside factors that prohibit us from doing soSuch as in this case the consumer contracted to install their own electric in the home, we are unable to start the inside work until the electric is on and workingOnce the
electric is on we schedule the drywall, trim and carpetEach of these items have to be completed before the next step can take place, we have reimbursed the homeowner in this case more than what it cost for the seaming of his carpetThere were several service issues turned over to the manufacture of the home including the roof issue in question has been turned over to the manufacturer of the home, the factory sent someone on October 29, to work on the homeThe homeowner was not present but had someone there that signed off on the work order, once the work order was signed the factory closed the requestOn November 6th the homeowner called in requesting an update on the service on his homeWe informed him that since the order was signed the request had been closedThe factory has since reopened the request and below is their response in regards to your letter: *** *oaded the work order 12/had the work order uo until this month (had problems getting a schedule date with the customer) *** *** loaded the work order 1/Weather permitting he is trying to schedule his work orders for WV next week**Customer was notified of the change as Keith had been in constant contact with him; In regards to the trash, we have a detailed contract stating who is responsible for what and it also states that if it is not in writing you didn'tpav for itand the trash was not contracted for u: to haul offIf you require any further information please let me knowSincerely, *** *** *** Attachments
