I placed an order of items (as gifts) and I was pleased with every item So were both the ladies I purchased gifts for I love the low prices and was not dissatisfied with the quality what so ever The shipping time is a little long but the product is coming quite a distance I have received many compliments on my items and I have recommended this place to several of my friends and family members
On 9-14-I placed an on-line order with this company On 9-19-they charged my credit card and I received confirmation of my order After a month I had not received any merchandise I contacted them on-line through customer service I was advised my order would be received by 10-28- It is now 11-4-and no merchandise No one answers the phone number they have on-line for customer service THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF AND SCAM!!!

I ordered items I received two I paid for a 3-day delivery and that has been three weeks ago The two items I did receive were wrong They were the wrong items and wrong sizes/did not fit The tags were not in English and I could not read them They look like they were made by year olds One side of the dress was shorter than the otherThe seems were not sewn completely I have never seen such poor quality in my life Again, this is only two of the twelve things I ordered I am sure from the other comments that the rest of my stuff will never show up I have tried to communicate with customer service They are asking for the shipping numbers off the items I never received They say without these numbers they can't help me Well, I never received them so I don't have shipping numbers off the packages Complete scam!!!
I ordered items in July of Its now October of and I'm still waiting on of my items My bill for the items I ordered was around and the shipping was I've been patiently waiting for my items because I assume they are coming from overseas I figured its been almost whole months and still no product, time to file a complaint with the company So days ago a *Wednesday night I sent an email to the company asking for a full refund or the items of clothing I'm missing with in a week The website says they will get back to you in business day I still haven't heard from them and it is Saturday I'm disappointed in their lack of communication with my complaint along with the LONG delay on my items missing
