I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint Their answer is a lieI did not ask for anything they did not doThey prepared my taxes for the past years, however I needed them to address only and For I needed no action because my bank orders transcripts directly from IRS for the last year they review, and the question about does not exist because IRS is a better response for the bankFor someone who represented me in a past the answer could be: "we would only write a letter for the years we've done taxes for" which would be completely satisfactoryBut I got no such propositionTheir answer was that they do not do letters at allMore then that, they told to the bank representative that "because of the people like her" they got in trouble writing someone's letter...!? So how can they be in trouble confirming in writing that they did my taxes and I was self-employed? And how the bank representative could be responsible for their trouble? To me this is a verbal assault against someone who is working for usWhen someone took responsibility to represent me to IRS, they can't tell me it is a fraud to confirm it in writingThis is a terrible answerWhen tax preparer would not have courage to confirm information that he sent to IRS, this is telling me that they did something very wrong to me in the past, and they are not very proud of it, and they will never confirm it Wow, do I have to be concerned? Conclusion is his tax preparer is a terrible company, and I will never work with them againI got my paperwork done by other tax firmthere are planty of firms with a good reputation.Regards,
