We delivered this dish garden to the funeral home for the first viewing as per her order I confirmed with the funeral director that the piece was received and taken by the family I tried calling Ms [redacted] twice and have not heard back from her Thanks.Ruth

Thanks for your help ***…Please inform *** *** *** that this complaint is not closed as she has e-mailed me that today, I want my comments to be included in my complaint! There were no such calls made from Ruth as she states. I did not expect to see a planter from Rosebud Flower Shop at the funeral home as I had cancelled my order with them and placed an order with another florist whom the funeral director had suggested. The delivered planter from that florist was a large, beautiful flowering arrangement of several different plants, complete with a “cousin” ribbon. It was absolutely beautiful and was placed right next to where my cousin layed. The planter I ordered from Rosebud Flower Shop was supposed to be the top tier priced, largest planter with multiple plants. The one they delivered was far from that, certainly not the one ordered for $82.62! It was a single, pathetic, small plant with ARTIFICIAL orange flowers!! The funeral director placed it at the most perfect and prominent spot, right on the table where everyone signed the guest book, allowing for the most embarrassing advertising and representation of Rosebud Flower Shop. Review: 4-16-2016 I ordered funeral flowers on-line from Rosebud Flower Shop on Friday April 15, 2016 for delivery to funeral home on Sunday April 17,2016, for the viewing at 3:00 pm. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail like their site stated I would. I had questions, I tried to contact them for 2 days via the listed telephone number, as well as the on-line message system that comes up when I choose "contact us" on their website, my message was unanswered. A charge from Rosebud Flower Shop was shown as pending on my credit card account. I was unable to reach anyone from this business to confirm that my order was received and would be at the funeral home on Sunday, so I cancelled my order via the on-line message system, and informed them that they will be reported to the Revdex.com. I also cancelled the credit card used to place the order because they had my information and posted a charge to my account, which is being disputed.Desired Settlement: The charge posted to my credit card, which is currently pending, needs to be retracted by Rosebud Flower Shop as I have cancelled my order according to their store policy : "To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store." No one answered several calls placed over 2 days, order was cancelled via online message system.
