Review: I paid for a VIP wash as stated below.When I was told my car was finish, I inspected my car and three out of four rims were not cleaned properly. The manager with the smart [redacted] mouth didn't do anything to correct their mistake. I had to clean them myself and did not receive any refunds or discount for the inconvenience. Plus when I told the manager that I was going to be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com he told me to go right ahead.REGULAR WASH - $14.95Hand Wash, Air Freshener, Soft Cloths Dry, Vacuum and Window Clean.VIP WASH - $17.95Regular Wash, Triple Foam Wax and Tire Dressing.Desired Settlement: I want a business letter head written apology for the manager's rude customer service from the owner of Rosecrans Hand Car Wash.Thank you.
