as well as additional informationMr*** came to our office on 10/2/for a muffler
replacement. We replaced the muffler for $237.19. Weeks later he called again to tell us the tailpipe was not straight, we promptly told him to bring it back for a fix. Which was completed with no issue. Weeks later, he called again to say he had an engine light on as well as an exhaust leak and that his car was losing power. We again told him to bring it and we would put the vehicle on the computer for diagnosis. (see attached image) The computer returned various codes relating to the transmission & catalytic converter, as you will see from the attached image. There was no exhaust leak from either of the two welds that were done. Nor could the mechanic locate any others. Mr*** starting yelling that he wanted his car off the lift immediately, which the mechanic did. Apparently not within the seconds that Mr*** required because he did in fact phone the police, and left immediately after the mechanic handed him his keys. At no time was anything thrown at Mr***, or his screaming girlfriend who was calling while this was happening and making threats on the phoneI would like to point out (as I did in response to the girlfriends complaint) that Mr*** said upon his return visit that he had been taping us upon each visit. I ask this, why would you be taping anything, if you didn't have any issue? It is our firm conviction, that Mr*** entered our business with the intent of defrauding us for free work. This is now made clear with his request for treble damages

At no time where we looking for free exhaust work we never have or will Mr Duffy was pd in full the day the car was complete so we thought it was complete after three comebacks in the state of Massachusetts we are legally entitled to triple damages I do have photos that will be posted for anyone to see how bad [redacted] DUFFYS work is the pictures will speak for themselves on 11.4.15 [redacted] DUFFY did tell an employee to go ahead and pull my invoice and refund me then he snapped and told me to go [redacted] myself and refused to take my car off the lift my car does have an abs light that has been on for years [redacted] Duffy also stated that I had a transmission code that was replaced 3 months ago .after picking the car up we brought to a real reliable professional repair shop who does participate in MAP our car was repaired correctly and runs perfectly as it should at this we may file criminal charger against [redacted] DUFFY and we also may picket in front DUFFY SPRING so this does not happen to anyone ever again [redacted] Duffy was pd in full four weeks ago we demand a triple damages at this point in time we have suffered enough
