This email is in response to the written notice we received from the Revdex.com - dated October 2, 2015, with reference to Case #
89065793: *** ** ***On our behalf - please note that we did not receive any type of correspondence dated 9.8.15, via U.SPostal mail, which is implied on page of the notice
On August 1, 2015, Mr*** arrived at Rosedale Village RV Park to inquire about our rates as he was looking for a space to rent for three to four weeks - due to work in the area
Upon request our on-site staff (***) quoted Mr*** both the weekly and the monthly rate
Weekly rate = $(includes electric)
Monthly rate = $(plus a $refundable electric deposit - minus usage)
Mr*** determined that even if he only stayed for three weeks - it was to his advantage to pay the monthly rate of $as it was much lower than paying the weekly rate ($x = $555)Due to Mr***'s indecision, *** made it known at that time that we do not prorate or give refunds for early departure
Not once did Mr*** mention that he may only be staying for one week; however, for reasons unknown, he checked out of Rosedale Village RV Park on August 8, Upon his departure, he came to the office and demanded a refund, in a manner that was loud and disrespectfulOnce departed, we mailed Mr*** $54.13, which was the amount left over from his $electric deposit
Shortly thereafter, Mr*** called and left me a phone message, which included his phone numberI gave Mr*** a call the next day, but had to leave a message, which he never responded back tooA week or so passed *** Mr*** called and left me another phone message; however, this time he did not leave his phone number and the call came from a restricted numberI was unable to respond to Mr***'s call as I had not previously saved his phone number and never heard from Mr*** again
Although, we don't feel that *** gave Mr*** information as it's not our job to determine someone's length of stay, we'd
like to resolve the situationThat being said, we're willing to reimburse Mr*** - $178, which we consider to be a fair adjustment

I specifically told her I might only be there one week or it could be a monthShe specifically told me that they would pro rate it, where else would I get that idea....she is lying to cover her *** because she was just a trainee as the other lady in the office told meBut I agree to the $just wanted to make sure that you know they are lying when they say they never told me they would pro rate my stay when they specifically brought it up and told me they would adjust itThanks
