Merchandise was received on 01/05/17.Lesson learned was to not deal with this company. The customer servicecomplaint ticket must have went through to customer service despite the website blocking my attempts with incomplete and unusable cells in the formatof the ticket. The system was fraudulent in...

allowing a complaint ticket tobe completed on their website, so it blocked the ticket from going throughdespite multiple attempts. The format was faulty and  the required cells tobe completed were blocked, so you could not enter your information to submitthe formal complaint to their customer service department. No one answeredat their contact site. A live agent was set up for new orders only. Thisbusiness seemed fraudulent in every aspect, but the merchandise did arrivefinally.I appreciate your help in resolving this missing merchandise from a web sitethat was questionable in customer service and legitimate sells andmarketing. The items came three weeks late despite expedited shipping paidat the time of purchase, but have arrived intact.
