I am rejecting this response because: I didn't agree with anythingI was forced to sign the papersI was under the assumption that the trainer was going to come on the 10th for more training and that the trainer and the breeder both said they would reevaluate things and get back to meThings was added to the paper the breeder had the trainer force me to sign and I told them I wanted someone to help me understand it betterBefore I even signed it she already came in my home and stole my dogI know how to handle and take care of a dogI didn't go to school to be a dog trainer and I feel that's what they both thoughtI am NOT the one who hired that trainer (the breeder did)I never got any paperwork from the breeder until the 10th of OctoberI just want my money back $3,

I am rejecting this response because: I am not emailing a supposedly attorneyI would like a name, phone number, and address of this attorneyAs before she is the one that broke the contract first cause she failed to do things she claimed and as to what she said before I didn't agree to anything and she was the one who hired the trainer that I had to pay forI had to pay upfront before I got that dog for a collar and vestShe is the one along with the trainer that said those things to me in the previous reply.She said the dog was being abused and that she was in pretty bad shapeThat WASN'T trueShe was like that when we got herThe dog had listening problems that I tried numerous times to tell the breeder but she said her speaker on her phone quit so she made me text herShe is the one lying all the way around and stonewalling meShe took that dog from my home before I was forced to sign anything after I told them I am NOT giving them upAll I want is my money back

We are rejecting.  She only purchased the dog from us, nothing else.  That is what the sales contract stated.  She is not getting a refund or replacement because she agreed that she was mishandling and abusing the dog at the time of returning the dog to us.  That is what the surrender for stated.
