I am rejecting this response because: I have several receipts from repairs that were done outside their facility and can send copies to prove it I brought the vehicle to their facility and each and every time I was told it was repaired within a week I was having the same problem Which caused me to take it to another facility and have to pay for it I have a total of approximately $2,in repair receipts that I can show In addition to my $3,down payment, I am still out over $5, Purchasing the vehicle back does not satisfy my financial burden of the $5,I am out weeks after purchasing this vehicle the engine blew and had to have a rebuilt engine installed I also have all the paperwork on that This company has caused a great financial burden on me and I am requesting my repairs and down payment refunded Since my "BUYERS GUIDE" was left blank, I should be entitled to a full refundThis vehicle is currently for sale at this dealership now I went on their website and no where does it state this engine is a "rebuilt" engine Neither on the company website or in the car fax Isn't that information suppose to be disclosed and available? Why isnt it? The financial and emotional burden this company has caused me is beyond words I have lost days of work due to a broken down vehicle I have inconvienced family and friends for rides due to a broken down vehicle I have tow records of having this vehicle towed on occasions while it was in my possession This vehicle also broke down while we were on vacation, causing our vacation to be ruined SO with all that said, NO, I do not accept the response from the business

Dealer is in good shape, they are attentive and informative, I got a [redacted] ESV and I love it, not only I got a good deal and a excellent customer service, I would definitively recommend it for more than just one car.

Shortly after the transaction, Mr. [redacted] called his credit card issuer and disputed the charge. Any proceeds were immediately removed from our bank accounts. Roselle Motors never attempted to re-take this money, as Mr. [redacted] was entitled to a full refund. Upon further investigation on our end,...

we were able to complete one additional step with our credit card processor and ensure Mr. [redacted] received his full refund.

At first the staff was very nice very bu also pushy to sell cars I specifically told then I was not interested in. After I test drove a car that I finally like everything was good all paperwork went through. A day later I got a call from them saying that I need to take all of the paperwork again and they had to redo the process even though the finance company themselves had called me and said everything was fine. I want to go pick up my car and they wouldn't release it because I said I wasn't on the insurance policy I provided for them even though it's my insurance policy. They finally released the car. 3 days later I get a call so I had to come in immediately because the finance company needed more information. They also sin a receptionist had called me beforehand and schedule an appointment for Saturday that I supposedly had missed. Not once did I talk to that receptionist when I tried to call the manager she was very rude. He did not listen to one word I said and said I was overreacting and there was no need for my attitude when I wasn't giving him attitude. This whole buying process has been a nightmare. He finally called me back and said he did not know why the receptionist had made an appointment for me without talking to me. This establishment is extremely disorganized and have very poor customer service. I want to warn everybody to either not give them your business or to be extremely cautious When shopping at this company.

Adolfo [redacted] gave us the BEST service during our car buying experience. My husband and I came from 2 hours away to purchase a 2011 Honda Pilot we saw advertised on [redacted] through Roselle Motors. After test driving numerous Pilots at different dealers, we bought this one without a second thought.
Adolfo was very accommodating and understanding of our needs.
He treated us like a family member and we enjoyed the time spent with him. He is timely, efficient, considerate, hardworking, helpful, funny, honest, and a genuine person.
The company culture is amazing. You can tell the salesmen are cohesive and invested in providing customers with the most pleasant experience possible.
We will be making another trip down from Wisconsin when the time comes for another vehicle. Thank you for everything and God Bless!
