Rosemeyer Roofing is still working with this customer's insurance company to get his shutters and 1/round trim replacedUnfortunately, his initial insurance claim did not include the 1/round to be replaced with the siding and therefore, when the old siding was removed, there were holes from the previous installationThe shutters were to be detached and reset per the claim, and one was found to be crackedTo our knowledge, all other requests by this customer have been completed

From the beginning of the project, this homeowner was extremely upset that we had a "Mexican" crew to do his roof and eventually did not want the project manager at his home eitherWhen this occurred, owner/operator Doug Rosemeyer went to the home and spoke with the homeownerHe made a list of his concerns and promised to have workers back out to this home to complete the customers punch list of items that he wanted doneThe customer also complained about some landscaping/plants that were damaged, and Doug Rosemeyer offered to have a landscape company come out and replace the damaged plantsThe customer declined stating that they were sentimental and could not be replacedOn May 29, 2017, two workers were at the customers home from approximately 9am to 6pm completing the work that Doug Rosemeyer and the homeowner had discussed as the punch listAfter this work was completed, we did not hear from this customer againWe were notified by a family friend that this customer was ranting on a local social media site about Rosemeyer Roofing, the poor work performed and the "illegal aliens" that were working for Rosemeyer Roofing. At that time, we placed a call to the homeowner, and only able to leave a messageThe message requested a call back so that we could find out in detail why the customer was upset, writing negative comments on social media and what he felt was incomplete about his jobRosemeyer Roofing has never received a return call or heard from this homeowner again until this complaint with the Revdex.comIt remains unclear to us what the homeowner feels is unfinished per this complaint, and if we knew, we may be able to rectify the situationPlease note, that the work performed was an insurance claim, and any additional work done would/will be at the expense of the homeowner.Sincerely,Rosemeyer Roofing LLC

We have no reason to lie to you about contacting your insurance companyThe shutters have been approved by your insurance and are being installed today, 9/26/2017.If you would like to show us photos of the 1/round prior to the work Rosemeyer Roofing LLC performed, we would be happy to schedule a meeting to look at them.Meter box issue resolved.Damaged siding replaced

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Issue's haven't been fixed yet. I have spoke to the claims agent at my insurance company about this response and he hasn't heard from Rosemeyer Roofing. 1st - 1/4 round wasn't damaged by previous installation. I have pictures to prove it. My insurance company has nothing to do with damage that was cause by Rosemerey Roofing during the project. 2nd - Shutters haven't been fixed.3rd - Meter box still not securely attached to house. [redacted] has been out to my house twice to look at the meter box. Once to add the tamper tag that Rosemeyer Roofing removed and didn't contact [redacted] when they removed. Other time was to check how Rosemerey Roofing tried to secure the meter box to the house using caulking. [redacted] said that wouldn't not work and needed to be screwed to the house. Have pictures to prove meter box isn't secure to the house in a safe and secure manner.4th- Damage siding on one side of the house hasn't be fixed. I have been in contact with Rosemeyer Roofing about getting issues fixed. They are working on them. To lie about contacting my insurance company to get things fixed and to lie about damaging my property during the project and putting the blame on a previous installation is untrue. Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] continues to avoid admitting the fact that after he met with Doug Rosemeyer and voiced his concerns, that two workers were dispatched to Mr. [redacted] home to repair/fix any and all concerns that he had regarding his roofing project. Those two workers (Brandon & Adam) spent approximately 8-9 hours at the Drigger's property addressing his concerns. After that time, we never heard anything from Mr. [redacted] until he made a complaint on the Revdex.com website. The issues in the letter to Tony Rosemeyer (undated) are those that we sent the workers to complete (also described as a "punch list" in a previous response). As for the landscape, Doug did offer to replace/repair the landscape and was told by "NO" by Mr. [redacted] as the plants that were "damaged" were from his son's funeral and could not be replaced. If Mr. [redacted] would like to call and schedule an appointment with Rosemeyer Roofing that is fine. We can have a project manager come out and take a look at this concerns. Otherwise, it seems that we continue to discuss the punch list that was already addressed by Doug Rosemeyer and completed. We provided repairs/replacements based on Mr. [redacted] insurance scope. If he needs additional work done that was not covered by his insurance company, he will need to get an estimate for those items and pay for them accordingly.

[redacted]The two workers that were sent out by Rosemeyer Roofing were there to cut in ridge vents that the original crew failed to install. They also replaced flashings that were improperly installed by the original crew. This work was all to be done under the original contract signed by Traevor [redacted], their representative.Yes, a portion of the landscape and flowers they destroyed were from from my son’s funeral who died tragically in an accident. They cannot be replaced, nor did Rosemeyer Roofing ever offer to do so. All I am getting in their responses is one lie on top of another lie. They know very well about the damage done to our home and refuse to correct it.  Make no mistake about it, I have tried to settle this matter and what I understand is that because this was an insurance job that they want to get paid additional money to correct the damage their workers did. Simply unbelievable. If Mr Rosemeyer wants to continue to go down this path, I most certainly have no problem letting the [redacted] Courts handle this matter. I have seen enough of their workmanship and condescending attitude to know that they do not have the capabilities to correct the damagehas been done. If they want to resolve the matter, they need to hire a professional trim contractor to come to the house and make the repairs. In conclusion, the ball is in Rosemeyer Roofing's court. Either get someone to fix the damage or go to court. No more lies and games.

Mr. Rosemeyer,I spoke to my claims agent the day you sent the last response to the Revdex.com.  He said he didn't speak to anyone at Rosemeyer prior to me receiving the response from you from Revdex.com.   He had no reason to speak to any from Rosemeyer because the shutters weren't part of the original claim because they weren't damaged.  The siding crew damaged them during the removal of the siding.  You called him later that day to speak to him which I confirmed after speaking to the project manager at Rosemeyer.I will gladly show the project manager pictures proving that Rosemeyer was the company at the damaged the 1/4 round.  I really shouldn't have to show the pictures because Mr. Rosemeyer you were at my house with the project manager that you fired and the team that installed the siding.  You all were in agreement that there was nothing that would have to prevent the siding team from damaging part of the 1/4 round with removing the siding.   I will also attach the pictures IMG 2486 is during the project and IMG is before the project started.  I had cropped the image because I didn't want my son and wife in the picture.  As I said before I will gladly show the project manager these pictures from my phone tonight after the work is completed.  Mr. Rosemeyer, I really wish you would take responsibility/ownership for your crew's actions at my house.  I am not trying to demand money because things didn't go right during this project.  I just wanted your company to fix the things that your crews damaged.  After the work gets completed today, 7/26/2017, I hope the work is completed with no issues left and we can all move on.
