The experience I had with Bob Penkhus Mitisubishi was very degrading to say the leastMy wife purchused a part for them for her mitisubishi eclipsewhen the part was installed we found it was defectiveShe drove from pueblo to colorado springs to see if she could replace the partWhen she arrived she told them the problemThey refused to replace the partShe called me in tears they we where going to be unable to fix her carI trying to call them myselfA gentlemen answered the phone, he told me he would transfer me to service after sitting on hold for minutes I hung up and tried to call againAfter I tried calling for an hour I came to the understanding that they were not interested in taking my callI would have rather have taken this up with the company but they kind of forced my hand
Terrible customer service, specifically by ***He was extremely rude and showed blatant disrespect for me and my timeHad to go in TIMES just to get a VIN verification and when I told *** about my issue, his response was "Well it's a free service" I guess that was his way of saying, "I don't care"Not to mention that when we walked outside to complete the form, he dropped the door in my face
Never had an issue with any of depts at the Austin Bluffs location. Bought 2 cars from them and have had excellent service after the sale. Nicky in the service dept always takes care of us. Gave me an awesome trade in value on my car when we bought our truck. Recommend them.
