Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I want to know why this car was sold as a new car ? Clearly Rosen should have noticed the moisture stains on the headliner (see attached photo) Yes seals do fail, but it was on your lot when the seal failed, not after I purchased it.Now I have a new car with moisture stains and finger smudges on the headliner - Would you accept this as a newly purchased vehicle ?
Sincerely,
*** ***

Transmission has been repaired and customer took possession of vehicle At this point we have resolved the issue

On 5/3/*** *** Sonata with 119,miles had the following recalls performed: Shift lever retainer clip, ECM reprogramming upgrade, Engine inspection, and Under carriage inspection. The recalls performed were unrelated to the radio, charging ports, or lighter When the
Sonata came back for us to inspect on 5/23/it was found that the main fuse keeps blowing do to an internal short in radio At present time the warranty which covered the radio has expired It's unfortunate that the radio has an internal issue that is not covered and we understand the complaint, but the internal failure of the radio had nothing to do with the prevoius work Rosen is unwilling to pay for customers entire radio but is willing to discount the service by 20% for a cost of $416.Regards,*** ***

At the time of sale Rosen Hyundai was unaware of any leaking issue and sold the vehicle in good faith The vehicle is under warranty, the windshield was replaced, and to my knowledge has no other issues The vehicle was purchased in May and all taxes, licencing fees, and loan payoffs have been made on the trade-in At this time it is not possible to just swap out vehicles

Unfortunatly the burn hole was discovered by Hyundai Capital after the lease was returned Customer satisfaction is our #priority and I would be happy to reimburse Denyse the $and appologize for any inconvience I would also like to offer the next oil change at no charge
Please contact me directly and I will send check Best regards,

Dear Ms***, The vehicle you purchased included the balance of the factory warranty which is the remaining 5yr/60,from the original in-service date which started at 10/18/ The vehicle was also certified which gives you power-train warranty coverage up to 100,or 9/18/2023,
which ever comes first Rosen Hyundai also provides the first oil changes and tire rotation During the first year of ownership at no charge with a certified vehicle What you were offered and purchased is a comprehensive wrap warranty which extends the factory 5yr/60,coverage up to 100,miles or 9/18/2023, what ever comes first The other item is gap insurance coverage which would pay the difference between what is owed on the car and the value of the car should the car ever be a total loss while it's still being financed Both items can be canceled at anytime and the amount refunded to the finance company to lower the balance which is owed Both these items were disclosed to you at the time of purchase If you would like to cancel these items please call me and I can have the necessary paper work printed for you to sign.*** ***Rosen Hyundai***

consumer's maintenance records to ensure that the vehicle was properly maintained. When customer could not provide records we asked Hyundai Motor Company to have field person inspect vehicle and give authorization for warranty approval which they gave. We are currently working on [redacted]'s vehicle which should be completed by July 31st. At this time I believe that customer is happy the vehicle is being fixed under warranty.

Unfortunatly the burn hole was discovered by Hyundai Capital after the lease was returned.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority and I would be happy to reimburse Denyse the $80 and appologize for any inconvience.  I would also like to offer the next oil change at no charge....

I apologize for any frustration that Miss [redacted] has experienced.   Unfortunately we can not control when a part or seal fails.  It can happen at 45,000 miles or in a case like this; 4500 miles.  When this was brought to our service departments attention we remedied the...

problem by replacing the windshield and seal.  The Tape had to remain in place a set amount of time until the window adhesive cures, this should have been explained.  Unfortunately we can't replace the vehicle, the manufacture has a warranty is n place for just this reason, because vehicles on [redacted] have mechanical breakdowns and repairs  That being said I would like to offer $500 for the inconvenience and to restore her faith in my dealership and personnel.  Please let me know if this is acceptable and I will mail the chech asap. Regards, [redacted]Owner/presidentRosen Hyundai
