TO DAY I WAS TESTING LINCOLN MKS ADVERTISED ON INTERNET FOR 17,AFTER TESTING I REMINDED JOSHUA *** OF THE INTERNET PRICE HE HAD AXEX THE MANAGER WRITE UP THE OFFER AND IT WAS PRESENTED TO ME SHOWING AS 21,995, I TOLD HIM IS WAS THEY REFUSED MY OFFER OF 11,PLUS MY TRADE IN AFTER DRIVING HRS IN AN AWFUL STORMI WAS NEVER OFFERED THE TEST DRIVE PROMOTI0N THIS IS DEFINATELY AN OUTRIGHT BATE AND SWITHTHE TWO PEOPLE I DEALT WITH WERE VERY AT ROSEN MAZDA WAS VERY UNPROFESIONAL AND NOT KNOWEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT NEEDLESS TO SAY THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET BY THE TIME I GOT HOME I AM IN THE PROCESS OF CONTACTING THE WISCONSIN CONSUMER NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH ANY OF YOUR DEALERSHIPS AND WILL POST ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER OF THIS EXPERIANCE

Do not go here to buy a car, they will do anything for a salesLie , lie, and more lies They have nice cars, but will raise the priceWill take advantage of the customer instead of trying to help themWill not offer you a good trade on a car if you want to trade, if they offer you anything at allThey had me believing I could take my old car back to the bank, until I spoke to the bank!!! Telling customers to get there car repossessed I still can't believe the experience I hadHorrible I have never felt this way about anythingI was sick to my stomach after I left this place Car sales people are not your friend I told them I didn't feel good about my sale and they still shoved a pile of papers in front of my faceI didn't feel good about my car, and it was making noise I've never heard a car makeDecided it wasn't worth the high interest, and the noise was weird Instead of taking the car back, (Days later) even though they didn't even send the contract to the bank, nor did I give them a down payment; they tried to force me to keep the car Not only did they lose a good customer for the future, I would never recommend you to do business with a place like thisThen when I went to take the car back after I spoke to the bank they sent the approval to, Whom told me to bring it back, all the call are recorded, I get to the dealership and my salesman tells me I'm going to still pay for the car anyway Which shows me they were lying in the first place They lie and tell you they have approvals and good interest rates when you don't, and they fish your name around to dozens of banksI asked to speak to the GM and of course they give you the run around, this could have been resolved with a phone call!! They are nice until they can't get a sale! If you don't have perfect credit DO NOT SHOP here, please RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

response because that I feel that in retaliation of me filing the Revdex.com complaint Rosen Waukegan purposely processed a payment that was not to be processed until the 28th causing bank fees, returned check fees and overdraft fees to occur on my bank account. I spoke with the manager (Tom) and it seemed as if he was more concerened with who directed me to file my compliant then the breach of contract that occured. I say breach of contract because I signed and he signed a statement that stated that the check was not to be deposited until the 28th of Feb.
