Rosenberger Construction

My wife and I hired Rosenberger Construction to build our custom home. On the positive side the owner ([redacted] ) is extremely nice and friendly. Unfortunately, my wife and I found out the hard way that the custom home Rosenberger Construction built for us in CDA, ID did not follow the design documents and violated our written contract in several areas. For over two years we tried to work with Rosenberger Construction to resolve construction defects. We had water pouring in around the windows when it rained hard and the installation of the siding was neither per the contract nor the manufacturer’s instructions, thus voiding the 30 year siding warranty. Rosenberger never proactively stepped up to the plate and resolve the issues. When we hired specialists inspect the house and they found serious construction defects within a few hours of inspection. Stay away from Rosenberger Construction. Find another builder.
