On September 28, my husband and I purchased a vehicle and got it financed thru this CUThis new car had issues that the dealership tried to resolve but couldn'tAs a fix they agreed to pay off this loan in full, and we had to trade the car for a new one We got the new car Oct 26th, which would also be financed thru this CUUpon going to sign for the new loan, we were informed that the billing cycle couldn't start overThe first payment for the old loan was Nov On the new loan the start date is Nov We were informed by *** that we couldn't get extra time because we never paid on the first loan...even though this loan is paid in full She said she spoke with *** and this is all they could come up withBut they never had a real reason, only that me and my husband hadn't made it to the first payment before we had to make the trade
