Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] In response to the letter 1st call wrote it is not considered slander if it is all true And yes they did give me an adjustment on my bill only when I told them it was insurance fraud if I paid them if they did not do the workBut before I told them that they were demanding the deductible and the final checkI even have text messages where I was trying to work with them and sent them pictures of stuff that was not finished and told them if they dropped the rest of the deductible I would give them the final check even with me knowing that they did not do the workBut I guess greed got in the way and they said no they wanted the reduced deductible and the final checkI sent this to my attorney who in turn seen all the messages and agreed that they are in the wrong I would post what they sent but I don't know how to download them off my phone onto my computerThey need to look at the text messages they sent and realize that when they sent me the new adjustment they agreed to paint my downstairs instead of my closet but on the adjustment they are trying to charge me to paint my downstairs when they agreed to paint my downstairs instead of my closet so how does that workYou agree to do something and then back out and try and charge me for it later that shows a lack of integrity to meI don't need to go on about this they are wrongI think he thought he was going to get over on me and it did not workAll I can say is if he wants to take me to court go ahead the text messages and pictures say it all so GOOD LUCK !!!!
