I paid this company a few years ago to put a roof on my house. I have recently found out that a 15 x 27 portion of the roof was not done. I called him a few weeks ago about it and he said he would come out to bid it for me. I am not looking for him to bid it for me, I paid for the whole roof to be replaced. I have a receipt to show that.
We were hired by *** to replace his shingled roof as the estimate states. He has a flat roof that was not included. *** had put a coating on the flat roof and we agreed it was fine. He was well aware that the flat roof was not done when he paid for the shingled portion. I talked to him on phone and told him I would give him bid to replace flat roof. My estimate clearly states to remove and replace shingles and not low slope membrane. I would be glad to give him estimate to replace flat roof. We do not do work that is incomplete or charge someone for something we haven’t done.

I am rejecting this response because:
Rosener Roofing is lying. I called the company after my roof was replaced but the back part wasn't replaced about a 12 foot x 22 foot.
I called the roofing company, Rosener, after I got on my roof and saw it was replaced and all I got was it didn't need replacing. That's when I told Rosener's over the phone, what do you mean. It didn't need replacing and I told him. I put a coating on it to make it last longer for two years or so before my roof was placed and this company was hoping this old guy 70 years old would not get on the roof to find out. The whole roof wasn't replaced.
Now ***, claims representative, came out to my home and got on my roof. My home is insured. That 12 foot by 22 foot is now cracking to get on my roof with any more roof coating that should have been replaced in the first place. When Rosener's Roofing told me it didn't need to be replaced.

I just got on my roof again and took some close up pictures and you can see the 12 foot by 22 foot is cracking.
As I said in the beginning of this letter, Rosener's Roof is lying and I got the pictures to prove it. If I didn't need a whole roof why did the part of the roof Rosener's didn't need replacing is cracking.
I want Rosener's Roofing to finish the job, to finish my roof replacement that I got them to do in the first place.

I will meet *** in the middle on this if he pays for materials and I will provide labor. My bid was for the shingles and not a low slope membrane which is on there now. He knew we didn’t do the flat portion back in 2016. Why did he pay me for the job if he thought I was to do that portion?

part of the roof. found the chimney that is leaking in bad shape. roof is not under warranty. we provide a 5 yr labor warranty and roof is about 10 yrs old. chimney flashing has been tore up by squirrels. the part of roof where ceiling is damaged was not replaced by us and is over 20 yrs old and in need of replacement. I can offer to reflash flue and replace old roof at homeowners expense. roof was also damaged by hailstorm back in april 2015.
