This company asked me to stay home waiting for their contractor to arrive. They changed the schedule without my knowledge and when I told them the schedule I had they called a a liar! Great company to do business with, isn't! I can't wait for my contract with them to end. How can you trust somebody to touch your equipment if they cannot even keep track on their schedule? How much does it cost to call you customers and re-schedule?

Review: In June of 2013 I bought a new furnace from this company as the air conditioning did not work. on 6/30 they had to repair, on 7/12 they had to repair the cooling system. When winter of 2014 approached they came for "no heat" on 10/12/14; 11/10/14 and on 12/26/14 and the last was actually over a two or three day period for repairs. It is now 2015 and I haven't any heat. They won't come back to fix or replace and they won't tell me to deal with the mfg! I don't even know who the mfg is and I don't understand why Rosenthal isn't responsible for this lemon of a furnace which cost total including repairs etc over $3300.Desired Settlement: a final fix of the problem and if it can't be fix a replacement.

[redacted] is no longer our customer. Her labor warranty with us on the product expired 6/14. Her maintenance program expired 6/15. She has WAY overstated the issue that happened. The only issue she had, was a defective collector box from the manufacturer Comfortmaker. Any issue with repair or replacement needs to held with them by her. She left a threatening voicemail on 12/7 and made threats over the phone on 12/8. We DO NOT send our employees into situations were a threat has been made or implied. We have not been out to her house for any issue since 12/17/14. She wants her unit fixed FREE of charge by us, regardless of what the problem may or may not be. Even thought she is aware of no longer having any labor or maintenance warranties with us. This is her attempt to force us to come out free of charge. I believe it is the policy of the Revdex.com not to get involved in pricing issues. So please remove this so called complaint from our file. Thank you [redacted]

I woke up this morning to a cold house! I called Rosenthal and they arranged to come out this morning. The technician was very nice and didn't even laugh at me when he found the reason my heat was not working, I had accidentally turned off the gas supply. I'm glad I have there service program.

I don't write reviews often, but I had Rosenthal come out to fix my furnace during the last cold spell and they did a Great job. They we helpful and polite. The lady on the phone even talked in through changing the batteries on my thermostat. Then the guy came out and replaced my flame sensor. I'm by myself, so its nice to know I can call someone reliable for service. I even got there maintenance plan now I don't have to worry about keeping track of my cleanings. Rosenthal did a great job I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
