I went to return two items at Store I purchased the items with my Visa DEBIT yet I was refunded with Visa CREDITWhen I went to ask that the transaction be voided and me refunded with Visa DEBIT I was told that couldn’t be doneThis was explained to be by Darlene and Teresa who called AshleyThe problem with this is two foldI used to work in retail and I know transactions can be voidedAdditionally I should have been refunded my money the way I paid and not the way your conservative company chooses to provide refundsIf your associates didn’t know how to void a transaction, someone should have been able to assist themYour company didn’t wait to get my money and so why do I have to wait to get it backThe items were returned in under 30days with the tags attached and never even removed from the Roses bagI am deeply disappointed with this companyI still have yet to receive my refund
