signing the GPS form and said she fully understands why we installed it. * Dave will be applying 1 payment of $180.57 to account once GPS form is returned or she comes in to have GPS removed. However, she did agree to keep the unit installed.* She does have another signed LTAP on file and has made the first payment (5/27). I discussed the importance of keeping this commitment as she has multiple broken promises and previous LTAPs* She did say if they were unable to make the payments, she would voluntarily return the vehicle. Explained we don't want that as she would still be accountable for the remaining balance and hurt her credit.In all, she was very satisfied with the resolution and is very thankful that we allowed them to stay in the program this long.Ryan As you can see, contact with customer was made and customer is satisfied with the response we gave her. On May 3rd 2016 we outsourced Mr. [redacted]'s Jeep Cherokee to a Chrysler dealership ([redacted]) in Muncie, Indiana. The dealership replaced a faulty ORC module.
