Review: I bought a 2004 Honda Civic from Roseville Auto sales and it did not make it 10 miles to my home. I called the owner and he sent out a couple of men to look at it. I don't know what they did but the car overheated and quit again the same day. I took the car back to the dealer and the owner ([redacted]) told me that it needed a head repair and that he would take care of it. He kept the car for about 10 days and returned it to me saying they reworked the head. Once again the car did not make it home without overheating. The owner ([redacted]) told me to take it to another shop ([redacted]). They determined that the head was not fixed and the engine itself was burning lots of oil. Once again the owner ([redacted]) agreed that it was his prolem and took the car back to his shop and told me they put in another head. Once again the car overheated and quit the next day after I got it back. [redacted]'s assistant ([redacted]) told me that they would repair it becuase it was there responsibility since it broke down leaving there lot. Today [redacted] called me and said they were not doing anything else with the car. I believe they shold be held resposable for the repairs.Desired Settlement: I think they should either repair the motor or give me a refund to buy a different car.

Review: We purchased a 2005 [redacted] Stratus/RT as is used. At time of purchase we asked if anything was wrong with the vehicle just to make sure our decision to buy vehicle was right. We were told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and it had undergone an inspection before put on the lot for sale. After purchasing the vehicle we noticed the horn did not work and we returned to the sale lot and spoke to the owner and sales person regarding this issue. This is a safety issue that we feel needs to be resolved as soon as possible. The owner had agreed to put in a new fuse box for us because he thinks that is why the horn does not work and called [redacted] to make an appointment with us to have this part put in. We in fact never got a call from [redacted], we always had to follow up ourselves. We finally got in touch with [redacted] and they made 2 appointments with us and at each appointment they told us that the wrong fuse box was pulled from the wrecking yard and we had to go and speak with the owner of Roseville Auto Sale. We did that and this last time, the owner took the number off of the fuse box in the car we bought to have it matched perfectly and we have not spoken to anyone regarding a third visit to [redacted] to have it put in. The last appointment was on 4/7/16. We feel that this problem needs to be resolved asap and we want to be on the road driving safely. We do in fact like the car and want the businesses to work together to resolve this issue promptly.Desired Settlement: We would like the businesses to work together to get the right parts and fix the car horn no matter what it takes, this is a safety issue that we are concerned about.
