I am rejecting this response because:With the confirmation by MsColeen M***, I have submitted further further documentation including the Animal AddendumAs such, on the animal Addendum, Page paragraph 6, the additional fee of $is stated to Not be the policy to
charge a deposit for support animalsNo part of the addendum or lease states a requirement to provide proof that the animal is a companion animalThe subject was brought up regarding it by me resulting in no further comment or instructions made.Furthermore, the latest lease agreement does not include the Animal Addendum as part of the checklist of prior documents.In addition, the most recent lease agreement page paragraph that continues to page citing that "Pet fees, deposits and other charges" which falls under the move out section on page paragraph stating that they will be used for the cost of cleaning the unit.Whether there is an acknowledgement to the fact that the animal is my companion, there is due to me a refund of at least $minimum.As a companion animal the entire fee minus cleaning costs would be due to me amounting, based on the letter of charges mailed to me, of $as the fee would be refundable.As per the lease agreement as the "Pet Fee" for my companion animal covers the entire cleaning cost, the security deposit of $would be refundable in whole.I personally handed keys to MsColeen M***: for the unit, for the laundry and for the poolI was not presented any move out documentation and the papers I was mailed also do not show this.Should I be refunded $I would be willing to waive the remaining $despite the trouble caused me
