Mr*** wanted to cancel the treatment of Preventive perimeter Termite Treatment then he kept on complaining about the two times per year outer perimeter treatment for seven yearsActually this was added providing an outer preventive termite treatment was performed so I issued a refund for the services that were not performedI sent both money orders by certified mailThe services were not itemized therefor to my discretion as to the refunds according to what was common for this size of the residence plus the size of the infestation plus the severity of the infestation plus the complicated of the treatment given Might I had when I arrived there were Ants everywhere climbing the walls, crawling the walls kitchen cabinets This infestation was one of the worst infestation I have seen or encountered in my yearsMy original estimate was for But Mr, *** stated that he would only pay So I agreedThen Mr*** wanted to cancel everything for acceptance of the services that were performedMr *** and Ms *** was flighty in what services they wanted so for this reason I do Not want them as a customerIt would be easy for another exterminator to give an estimate when they were not there to observe the situationSo I will not issue any additional refund I have went above and beyond what was the norm .
