I (***) spoke to*** on August 29,th He called and said that I should know what happened to his apartment and I told him that I was aware and that I had been trying to get a hold of him but he had changed his phone number
and had not updated it with the officeI informed him that our maintenance was already over there and they had boarded the hole upHe proceeded to yell at me and told me that I was worthless and hung up on meMy maintenance supervisor went over there to assist and to calm*** downHe explained the process and that *** the Owner of Cascade Tree Services was taking full responsibility and that he would be taking care of him and *** could answer any of his questionsWhen my Maintenance Supervisor left***'s apartment he called me and felt as if everything went wellShortly after, I received a call from my asst maint supervisor Saying that*** was freaking out on him at that he told him that the maint supervisor had no right to even talk to him that he doesnt give a (Bleep) what we have to say he is going to sue usHe told him that if he has any problems that he needs to talk to Cascade tree services and left
On Sept 14th I received a letter from*** stating that he was giving us 24hrs to fix the hole in his apartmentI called him , no answer
left him a message stating that if he had any question about the status of his apartment that he needed to contact *** the Owner of Cascade tree services to get any follow up information and that if he wanted to sue us that he would have to have his lawyer contact ours
Sept 14, I spoke to *** the owner of Cascade Tree ServicesHe provided me with a time line of all the correspondence with***:
*** the owner met with *** Construction at 8am until Mr Sampson met with *** Construction at 9am tenant scheduled appt sept 12th
The asbestos company advised *** that they were meeting with*** at 3:when he was off work
Sept 15th, Awaiting status on of asbestos report
Sept 15,*** advised *** Construction to proceed with estimate that no asbestos work was needed
Sept 25,Spoke with *** and he informed me that the work should be started this week (pending *** Constructions schedule) and he again would again speak to***
I told *** that*** should be his top priority and that he needs to be the one to negotiate with*** regarding his needs and or wants

September 25,2017, I did not freak out on the supervisorI just clearly stated to the Assistant that the supervisor had no right to SCOLD ME like he did and that I did not want him in my apartment or to deal with himHe said, "You had no right to call and yell at the office about your situation." To me that was way outta lineThere is a lot of hearsay and fabricated information in her response and no where does it say that there are apologetic for the incident
I spoke to a lot of landlords and they also told me that the Manager was very unprofessional and I should be compensated by the Apartment Complex for the accident since it was ROSEWOOD PARK who hired ***
Also, why Am I the one doing all the contact? I do not pay rent to the ***I pay rent to Rosewood Park Apartment complex? The Manager *** needs to step up and take responsibility about the situation and stop passing the buckYes, she did call me and it was like minutes to 5, giving me no time to call backI do have the voice message recording saved for my purposes and she did not attempt to contact me after the message was left on my phone
I am looking for RESPONSIBLILTY, its been over a month now, COME ONIt is COLD and I have to put a space heater in my sons room to keep it WARM
