Rosewood Senior Living would like to dispute the claim created by *** *** Rosewood Senior Living admitted *** ***'s brother as an emergency admit on 10/14/ Upon arrival there were numerous health concerns that the facility was not made privy of prior to admittance
Rosewood Senior Living had to expedite special supplies, in the amount of $(and this does not include the hour it took housekeeping to sanitize/clean daily), in order to provide care for the resident's infectious health status Upon the death of the resident, the facility packed up all of the resident's belongings and housekeeping sanitized the room/furniture to assure all possible infectious diseases were handled properly. Rosewood Senior Living's director of operations had attempted to respond to *** *** and left two messages on her voicemail The director of nursing attempted to call *** *** twice and finally was able to reach her on the third attempt (on 1/16/17) *** needed to provide the facility with viable information such as; Who the check was to be made out to, and the address the check needed to be sent to. On 1/17/Rosewood Senior Living issued a refund check in the total of $ We were not able to refund the total requested by ***, due to expenses incurred during the time frame of her brother's residency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the family of *** ***

My brother *** *** was staying at Rosewood Senior Living in Cambridge MNHe was admitted Oct 14, and passed away Oct 22, He had to pay in advance with his care and room I,*** ***, was his Power of Attorney to make sure he was taken care of and finances paidSo I wrote a check in the amount of $for his room and care for two weeks Since he only was there for one week and hours he should have his services that were not used for the second week refunded I was told that his room charge could not be refunded on the day that he was admittedI'v contacted them over times to get this resolved and I don't get return calls or I'm told that accounting will contact me And they haven't We are requesting the refund for only services not provided, and this would be in the amount of $He had great care while there, he actually had a family friend that worked there and gave him excellent care
