I purchased a Skin Tag Remover Patch kit. On the website it states

When I tried to get a refund because the product does not work, they tried to tell me that they could not refund me any money because it was bought on sale and a bunch of other untruths. I checked the FAQ’s and nowhere there does it say anything about no refund if bought on sale.

Zero stars because product does not work. I had two exact moles . Used it for 2 months. Both moles look exactly the same. Just to be fair, I used it on a different mole. Same thing. No changes whatsoever!!!. What a waste of my 18-or 19 dollars it cost me. I would NOT recommend you waste your money on this product.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They never send you your merchandise and refuse to offer you a refund. Do not try

I ordered a gel nail KIT then as I was checking out they offered me another tube of gel for a small amount. I waited the extra time due to COVID-19. All l got is a useless tube of gel. They didn't even send directions. I attempted to contact them by email but they have not responded after a week. You cannot reach them by phone. I have a screen shot of my order that proves it is a kit AND a tube of gel.

I ordered 3-pet dog/cat teeth cleaning products for a total of $45.50(including tax and shipping) On 4/18/2020
I tried contacting the company 4 times regarding not receiving the product and received 1 response which was the tracking number. I also received another email which was a survey asking if I need assistance, which I responded to. I haven't heard from the company since and I haven't received the product.

Take your money but don't deliver. Authorities need to close them down. Still waiting for my product two months later.

I would like to give them a zero if I could. The product comes from China and takes at least 30. The product arrives as in my case, punched out circles on a sticky background. Absolutely no directions, no ingredients ..nothing. When questioned about a refund..no the product was on sale. The 30:day customer satisfaction says nothing about that.

Absolutely awful!!! I ordered skin tag removal stickers that kept popping up in my ***. I paid almost $18 including shipping. It took 32 days for the order to arrive to my house - it did not ship from Canada, but from China. I began using the product as indicated on the website and found ZERO results. *** I have spent nearly a month now sending emails back and forth to get a refund, going as far as to file a claim with ***. The customer service has been horrible, with the "same person" asking me to answer the same question multiple times, being provided with tracking information when I obviously did not need it. There is NO WAY this company is based in Quebec - it HAS to be in China. I wish I had checked here before placing my order. Is it possible to give 0 stars???

I ordered a product back in May 2020 and still never received it. They provide a tracking number from a third party they supposedly use for deliveries. The tracking number stated that that the package was delivered to my address but I never received it.
I reached out to their support at least 6 or more times and they told me to reach out to my local post office and when I did that they said they aren't able to track a package without a *** number. *** They won't even refund my money or send me a new product because per their policy

The items purchased through the Site are shipped by a third party carrier pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Additional fees, although rare, including but not limited to any customs clearance fees incurred will also fall on the burden of the customer.
Anyone who's is thinking about getting products from here be careful because you purchase at your own risk.

I ordered skin tag removers from ***y Rabbit on June 5th. On July 18th I still had not received the skin tag removers so I emailed them and they responded stating that it was on the way and because the COVID pandemic was happening it was delayed and they sent me a link that described their shipping information (https://***yrabbit.shop/pages/shipping-delivery) and with that being said, verification and processing is 48 hours (just days NOT business days). Then up to 5 business days for the manufacturer so that would come to June 10th. Per their website, "After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 to 20 business days to arrive after the shipment date" that would take us to July 10th. So I contacted them July 18th and ***, was the person who responded, stated that it will be delayed so I waited. I emailed "***" once again on August 15th with no response asking on a status and a refund. Come to August 29th it has been 60 business days (12 weeks) from the date of purchase which should be sufficient enough time to send out the package and they have yet to respond to my email from August 15th with an updated or with my package.

ZERO stars, but site forces me to give at least one. This company claims product was "delivered" July 31, 2020, and refuses to email back to resolve concerns. Item has never been received. Zero customer service. States to be a Canadian company, but is based in Malaysia.
Shut them down.

I got a confirmation number and tracking number. 4 months later still no product. The tracking expired and “they will see what they can do”, it’s been 2 weeks and still no refund.

Ordered two items from Roses Rabbit after their add appeared on a social media site. Have been chasing my order now for 5 months. Never get an answer to email inquiries, or if they do answer they blame it on shipping. There has never been tracking information which is a tell tale sign I guess.
Started recommend that no one uses this site as I now see many others who are in the same situation.

They advertise, take you money, give you some number but product never arrives.
they continue to send you promotions - but never respond.

I had ordered from them in May 2020 and it's now been two months with no product, same generic email responses. that it has shipped when it has not! they won't refund my money, and their is no number to call them on this !!! *** being out $30, they SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AND TOO TOP IT ALL OFF, THEY'RE USING A TORONTO ADDRESS

Over 2 months and I still haven't received my order. The tracking for my shipping has not moved in almost 2 months. They won't guve me a refund. ***! Their website says receive your shipping within 21 days and it has been well past 21 days but they won't give a refund. They shouldn't be allowed to sell in North America if they cannot deliver. I've ordered things from overseas before and have always received my packages from other companie, and if I don't I'm sent a refund.

Purchased a item April22 it is now July 19 still no item. Contacted customer service three different times only to get the same response it’s in transit.. even with the current COVID situation nothing should take three months to deliver. I have received packages from China in shorted amount of time. Website is a *** BUYER BEWARE!!!
